I’m currently not working with the firm but had to come leave a review after the amazing consultation I had with Kody Garza (I think, lol) he was 100 percent honest in his response to my questions. After being hounded by attorneys concerning a no fault car accident, it was extremely refreshing to not feel pressured to make a decision, or feel swayed one way or the other. I highly recommend Ramos James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury.
